Upon placing this order, Milcreek Enterprises Inc., DBA My Dutch Doors. is authorized to pull and ship your doors. This orders details takes precedence over all previously printed material (including any purchase order), emailed material and any other oral representations made. Any subsequent changes (if permitted) can affect the price and/or lead time.

No refund exchanges on non-stock items, pre-hung units/doors or custom orders (i.e. cut down) will be provided. Any products not previously mentioned as non-refundable will be charged a 25% restocking fee on returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No credit terms will be given to any customer. Buyer agrees to pay all legal and collection costs for any delinquency in payments. All doors must be finished / sealed within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. Improper finishing/sealing of doors will void the warranty. In case any disputes arise with this order, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Orange County, California with respect to all matters relating to this order and waive your rights to removal or consent to removal. All missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
